Conditions: The agreement exempts from paying tuition. All costs (travel, insurance, food, textbooks and others) are covered by the student from their own resources. The receiving university will help the student find suitable accommodation.

Renmin University of China
Participating faculties: FF, FSV

In accordance with Rector’s Measure No. 33/2016, students are required to familiarise themselves with the information on student support in emergency and crisis situations before departure. In addition, students must:
arrange adequate health insurance valid in the host country, including personal liability insurance
register in the DROZD – Voluntary Registration of Czech Citizens Travelling Abroad system
provide Charles University with valid contact details (including an emergency contact person) at which they can be reached while abroad
Prior to departure, students are required to email the completed contact details form and statutory declaration to adriana.cernohorska@ruk.cuni.cz (Czech students in Czech, international students in English). Both forms can be downloaded from the above-mentioned webpage Student Support in Emergency and Crisis Situations.
After returning from the study stay, students will receive a Transcript of Records from the International Relations Office of the Rectorate of Charles University. The transcript will be issued upon submission of a final report (1.5–2 A4 pages) evaluating the study period, its academic benefits, and practical experiences that may be useful for future applicants.
